1st Line Helpdesk /Service Desk Analyst is required by my City of London based client. This role would suit a graduate looking for their first entry level role into IT, or a Helpdesk / Service Desk Analyst with a years experience, looking to further their career. The 1st Line Helpdesk / Service Desk Analyst would be responsible for: - Providing on-site and remote support to customers - Providing support for Microsoft Office 365 - Providing support to users on Microsoft and Apple Operating Systems - Providing on site and remote support for internet circuits and device troubleshooting - Daily system checks - Liaising with third party suppliers Skills required for the 1st Line Helpdesk / Service Desk Analyst: - Excellent problem solving skills - Ability to multitask, manage own workload and react quickly to urgent issues. This is absolutely essential. - Strong attention to detail - Ability to quickly learn new applications and technologies - At least one years' Service Desk experience, or a recent graduate who has completed an IT related course. - Customer facing experience with an ability to demonstrate being able to manage support requirements of customers - Excellent oral and written communication skills Education and Qualifications required for the 1st Line Helpdesk / Service Desk Analyst: The ideal candidate will have ANY of the certifications listed below: - CompTIA A+ Certified Professional - CompTIA Network + Certified Professional - Cisco CCNA - Microsoft Training MTA - Exam 70-346: Managing Office 365 Identities and Requirements - Exam 70-347: Enabling Office 365 Services This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate, or a Helpdesk Analyst / Service Desk Analyst with one years' experience to further their career in an exciting company
