Application Support Analyst Bristol £20,000 - £22,000 Software Development Software Support

My client is an established provider of software solutions and IT consultancy services. They have designed and implemented a number of bespoke, flag-ship software solutions that are used by some the largest organisations in the UK market. Due to internal growth driven by an increase in demand for their products they are looking to employ an Application Support Analyst. You will join an existing team of 2 support analysts providing support to customers.


- Provide support to customers via telephone/email
- Investigate faults and software issues
- Ownership of incidents from conception through to completion
- Log, manage, and resolve faults in line with defined SLA's
- Provide positive and constant customer service
- Create documentation to standardise support procedures including user guides, test plans, and case reports

Key attributes:

- Ideally a graduate with 2.1 or higher ideally in an IT related subject
- First class communication skills
- Comfortable dealing with individuals of all levels
- Understanding and personable approach to individuals and their issues
