Job Description While completing a Business Administration apprenticeship, you will be part of a busy team. Currently seeking a Business Administration apprentice, we are looking for someone who is ambitious and willing to learn new skills. As part of your development, you will undertake a Business Administration apprenticeship, which will help you to gain new technical skills to become a professional, competent and outstanding administrator. Using these skills, you will work as part of a busy team, providing the business operational administration support and a commitment to great customer service in the London area. Duties/ Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include: - Updating pages on the intranet as necessary, in particular, maintaining and updating the staff organisation chart and assisting with the staff directory - Type and prepare documents - Providing administration to the organisation on a seconded basis - Process invoices and create Purchase orders on iPos - Maintain filing systems to the required standard, including scanning - Administer recruitment tests for all areas of the business - Book training courses and updating the information system - To ensure confidentiality of business information at all time - Provide support to Executive Assistants where necessary - Any other duties as may be required from time to time Skills/requirements - Organised and methodical approach to your daily duties - A passionate approach to customer satisfaction, engaging by phone, email and face to face - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work as a team and a self-starter Desired Qualifications Minimum of 5 GCSE Grades (C and above) including Maths and English Other information Working week - Monday to Friday (35 hours per week) Salary - £17,000-£18,000 per year Important Information "QA's apprenticeship programmes may be funded in part by the European Union through the European Social Fund, which supports the development of employment opportunities and a skilled workforce."
