The brief and purpose This exciting and forward thinking client is currently looking for an Accounts Administrator as an additional to their existing finance team. The main purposes of the role is to support the finance team with purchase ledger, sales ledger, financial records and administrative support. The key responsibilities - Support the finance team with a variety of administrative tasks - Communicate with clients over the phone and by email - Support the team with company expenses - Assisting with the processing of client invoices and reconciliation - Work regularly with other departments within the business - Support the company with intermittent process reviews The ideal candidate profile - Proven finance administrative experience - Good excel and IT skills - Excellent organisational skills - Good communication skills - A pro-active and positive attitude Some other details 40 hour working week (this can be reduced to 35), permanent role, career progression available, company bonus, discounted gym memberships, childcare vouchers!
