Project Manager, £65- £70K (pro rata) FTC 9 month's maternity cover Central London with international travel One of the fastest growing FTSE100 companies are looking for a smart, energetic, and highly organised project manager. Supporting highly visible projects to unlock new growth opportunities that will deliver a better and more consistent customer experience. Working on planning and coordinating activities across multiple functions with direct exposure to top leadership and country management teams this is a 'hands-on' role that has direct impact on the continued rapid growth of the company. About you: Ability to see the big picture, influence, and drive action is essential. You must be able to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, understand and communicate critical pathways, adapt to change and working styles. You must be confident working in consumer-facing, fast-paced, high tech environments. This is not an IT role, your background will be business focused with an understanding of IT. Key responsibilities: - Plan and coordinate projects to execution - Carry out business and data analysis to support project planning and execution - Manage & influence stakeholders at all levels - Support Head of Projects in managing current portfolio - Provide thought leadership to improve our approach to implementations, project management, and project prioritisation Required skills and experience Essential: - 3-5 years of project and change management experience in either industry or consulting environment - Business analysis & process improvement experience - Excellent stakeholder management, senior level influencing, and communication skills - Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen - Highly organised and energetic - Independent thinker, proactive, able to see the big picture, and think "one step ahead" - Comfortable working with ambiguity within a rapidly changing, fast paced environment - Experience working with technology teams using agile delivery methodology - E-commerce / consumer facing high tech / digital industry experience Preferred: - M&A, consumer-facing technology merge or business integration experience
