My client is currently looking for an experienced Compliance Administrator to join their ever-growing team. Are you a highly organised individual? You will provide comprehensive administrative support and coordinate the organisations fleet of motor vehicles: This will include: maintaining accurate records of vehicles, ensuring compliance with government rules and regulations and scheduling repairs or preventative maintenance. As such fantastic organisational skills and the ability to prioritise are vital. Being a strong team player is essential - The HGV Team, are an enthusiastic, outgoing group who are excellent at supporting each other. Given the customer service elements of the role, from time to time, there may be situations where you are dealing with issues or complaints and as such, candidates with some experience in dealing with complaints or having front-line customer service experience may find this experience advantageous. Main duties and responsibilities: - Booking vehicle services, MOTs and repairs - Driver Debrief - Vehicle Debrief - Processing insurance claims - Replacing vehicles - Ensuring the security of vehicles when not in use - Scanning of drivers digi-cards daily - Other ad hoc tasks as required The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience: - Previous experience within an administration role - Excellent IT skills - Your comprehensive IT skills and your nature as a fast learner will enable you to get to grips with complex IT systems and programmes quickly and efficiently - Fantastic Customer Service skills with an excellent telephone manor - Able to make decisions autonomously - Able to remain calm under pressure - Must have the confidence to take control of a situation - A driving license is essential - Prior knowledge of vehicle service, maintenance and insurance procedures is preferred but not essential Your hours will be: Monday to Friday 12:00pm -21:00pm.
