Tableau Developer

My client, a large well known organisation require Tableau Developer to join them on a 2 month contract.

Responsibilities will include the following:
*Working closely with the global client business analyst to amend existing Tableau dashboards to source data from a newly created global business information staging area. This will involve the application of specified dashboard design principles and working through a list of changes required for each dashboard, release of the dashboard to QA and then any rework required as a result of the QA process.
*Development of new dashboards as specified by the business under the direction of the global BI process owner
*Maintenance of existing user groups to include adding new users and ensuring that the pre-defined security approach is being adhered to.

The successful candidate will have good experience with:
*Extensive experience and advanced expertise with Tableau software (desktop & server) version 8 or later
*Hands-on experience with SQL Server with working knowledge of Views, Stored Procedures, Jobs and SQL Scripting
*Understanding of Data Visualisation concepts
*Experience working within an Agile environment
*The ability to quickly analyse, understand and interpret business requirements
*Strong understanding of business drivers and KPIs
