Superb opportunity for a talented C# ASP.NET Developer , ideally with skills in Agile methods and SOLID coding principles to join an exciting, established start-up, building an innovative cloud-based, SaaS product.

In order to apply, you will be a talented and passionate Developer. Underpinning your development will be an excellent understanding of Object Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID coding principles and the desire to work on cutting-edge web systems.

The C# ASP.NET Developer will work as part of an agile team of highly ambitious technologists and a management team with a track-record of growing cloud software businesses from start-up into major international brands. You will have the chance to make a profound contribution to the success of the product and the company, by applying your talent to develop rich features and execute an innovative product development roadmap.

The SaaS product is built in the Microsoft .Net framework, using C# and ASP.Net MVC. The development team follows Agile processes, using a mixture of Scrum and Kanban with iterations ranging from 2-4 weeks. TDD, Pair Programming and Continuous Integration are central to development.

The company has ambitious plans for growth over the next 12 months, providing real opportunities to move into technical architecture and/or team leadership. There are ~150 staff, meaning the company has doubled in size in the last year.

Ideally, you will have extensive skills in the following technologies / agile methodologies:

* C#
* ASP.Net
* JavaScript - AngularJS
* BDD, TDD, Continuous Deployment
* SQL, MySQL
* AWS, Rabbit MQ
* Chef, Jenkins
* Specflow, Git, Selenium, Svn, NCrunch, Resharper
*Previous experience of developing cloud based software, SaaS products or distributed systems
* UI design, User Interface design
* Performance Tuning

However if you are adaptive and can easily pick up new technologies you might bring other language skills.

The Package

Role based in Basingstoke with free onsite parking. Commutable from: Reading, Thames Valley, Berkshire, West London, Surrey, Hampshire.

Central London commute is viable with a train from Waterloo (Waterloo - Basingstoke takes between 42 - 50 minutes depending on the service)
