Head of Marketing
The Institute of Fundraising (IoF) is the professional membership body for charity fundraising. We promote and support the work of our members through training, events, qualifications, and through our network of over 6,000 members and 600 organisations across the UK. We represent and promote the fundraising sector with a range of stakeholders including regulators, politicians and the media.
We’re looking for a new Head of Marketing who is brimming with creativity and ideas. You should be an effective marketer who is as happy delivering strategic campaigns as you are keen to roll up your sleeves and support a small team with big ambitions. Reporting to the Director of Engagement & External Affairs, you will be digitally savvy and passionate about delivering a marketing strategy to support the IoF in engaging with the right people, at the right time and with the right proposition.
You will be responsible for delivering ambitious marketing plans and activity that will enable us to drive engagement, membership and income. You will be a motivating and inspirational team leader with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a commitment to getting things done is key to success in this role, as is a passion for helping us achieve our vision: Excellent fundraising for a better world.
An annual salary of £46,000 along with competitive benefits will be offered to the right candidate.
