Your new company
You will be working in a primary school as the Finance Manager to cover for a temporary absence. The role is part-time with two days a week, with a possibility of more days. The assignment will be up to half term with a possibility it will carry on after. Your working hours will be 08:30 - 16:30.
Your new role
As the school's Finance Manager, you key responsibility is to manage the school's budget and keep it within it's limits. To manage the budget, you will be working with PS Financials in order to file, manage and track the school's finances when processing and raising orders. Whilst the financial management of the school will be your main responsibility, you will also be responsible for the school's HR and Health and Safety procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced finance manager who can hit the ground running when you begin your assignment. Previous knowledge of PS Financial is critical along with an understanding of Health and Safety and HR. The school are looking for a highly organised individual who is both efficient and personable.
