Job Role
The Claims Team are looking for a Claims Handling Administrator, someone who enjoys a fast-moving environment & are confident with strong written & verbal communication skills.
You will be working Monday - Friday full time hours & receive a salary circa £18,000 + amazing benefits
They are a unique team which works closely with the legal teams and clients to provide an outsourced managed claims service. Working with a team leader and paralegals, you will be responsible for completing administrative tasks which are vital for excellent service and efficient delivery of our service.

Your duties will include: File opening, closing and all associated processes, conflict checking, system set up and data input, producing claims prints and extracting relevant data reports, management of a centralised mailbox, general administrative support for the team, updating case management systems, updating finance logs, dealing with invoices, booking travel tickets and accommodation for the team & compliance with all internal and external SLAs.

Key Skills & Qualifications
The role will involve someone who has keen attention to detail, organised & efficient, hardworking, enthusiastic and motivated. Confident use of all Microsoft packages.
Previous data entry experience would be preferable & strong customer service, telephone and client facing skills
