Customer Communications Manager - Banking - Flexible Working Based in London a Customer Communications Manager is required on a contract basis to work across group digital on a major payment related programme. You'll be required to assist on delegated consultancy-type tasks and support on a number of internal communication strategies and plans. This role will offer the opportunity of a long term contract and excellent working environment, including flexible working and the ability to work from home. Candidates must have expert customer communications skills along with brand and marketing knowledge. It's essential that candidates must have wrote simple, clear messages to broad segments of customers and created presentations at board level, as you'll be required to present these in simple, creative and visually interesting ways. You will be required to multi-task, solve problems at speed and deliver effective communications in a fast moving environment. It is important that the right candidate has experience of working on large scale programmes, ideally Digital or Payments.
