Due to steady growth in the SAAS space, my client is currently seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to join on a permanent basis. The organisation is dedicated to providing a high level of customer experience and has a strong track record of success. The organisation creates cutting edge technology which is used globally by leading businesses such as Google as well as direct consumers. The role of Agile Project Manager is critical to the successful delivery of multiple technology projects as well as acting as Scrum Master for one or more development teams using both Prince2 and SCRUM/Agile methodologies. Key Skills and Experience Required: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in End to End Delivery of Software and Technical Projects. - Demonstrated experience running Agile Projects and knowledge of SCRUM Methodologies. - Knowledge and expertise about tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity and user stories. - Understanding of product Software Development Life Cycles. - Outstanding communication with technical teams, the business and C-level stakeholders. - High level skills in prioritisation, negotiation, problem solving and time management. - Prince 2 Certified. - Knowledge or skills in using software like Target Process or JIRA. This role will work closely with highly skilled digital delivery teams and will suit someone with strong technical project delivery experience of consumer facing software.
