SharePoint Application Support Analyst is required by leading Surrey based organisation. They are fast growing, have a great reputation for developing their staff and have recently made significant investments in technology as part of a wider business transformation programme. The SharePoint Support Analyst will join an established Business Systems Support team, with responsibility for escalated issues, change requests, upgrades and projects. You will also be responsible for working with a 3rd party gold partner to resolve 3rd line issues, providing a great opportunity to learn more advanced SharePoint support skills. The successful candidate will have some experience across the following areas:- - Sharepoint (2010,2013 or Online) - CRM Application support (Dynamics, Salesforce etc) is desirable - Strong knowledge of MS Applications including MS Outlook, MS Office etc. - SharePoint site administration - Use of online analytics tools (desirable) - Strong, proven Stakeholder management skills, both internal and external This is a great opportunity to join a genuine market leader with an excellent record of developing staff and retaining talent.
