As a Test Engineer you will have experience working within an agile environment to deliver high quality software. You'll have excellent knowledge of native mobile app and responsive web testing and are all about fast feedback loops. You have experience with exploratory testing techniques and are confident in using them to test new or existing features. You can identify and log any issues, improvements or suggestions and be able to progress them through the product lifecycle. You possess strong interpersonal skills and can liaise comfortably with other team members and internal stakeholders. You will work alongside Automation Test Engineers to ensure a high level of coverage in regression test packs to aid the continuous delivery environment. You'll be able to analyse scenarios that should or should not be automated and be able to prioritise them with the team accordingly. We are looking for someone that . - Works in Scrum, XP and Kanban teams - Strong native mobile app and responsive web testing experience - Experience working with and manipulating REST APIs - Track-record of testing and maintaining the quality of mobile applications (ideally on iOS and Android) - Experience of working with Test Driven Development/Behaviour Driven Development - Good understanding of testing good practices - The ability to investigate issues to the appropriate level of detail and provide information to the product team - An excellent communicator with a wide range of interpersonal skills - Well organised and self-motivated with the ability to prioritise workload and time-box - The ability to work autonomously with the confidence to interact with a wide range of colleagues. It would be useful if you have experience in any of the following but not essential . - Experience with web or native automation testing frameworks - An understanding of HTML / JavaScript - Experience working with large eCommerce retailers
