Born in 2015, our client is an innovative provider of one-to-one real-time video marketing campaigns for world-renowned brands. They are now looking for a Software Engineer to join them at their studio in Henley-on-Thames. You'll collaborate with a friendly team who often face meaty technical challenges such as queue management, self-scaling infrastructure and platform federation. They're not tied to any one technology stack and are always eager to explore what works best for them. As a Software Engineer, you will help to drive the development of our client's personalised video campaign platform. In terms of tech, our client currently uses PHP/Laravel, some Python, some Angular and a host of cloud technologies. You'll have the chance to hit the ground running and really make your mark in this mid-weight role. Joining a fantastic team of digital experts and Software Engineers, you will: - Develop technology that is used by brands such as Honda, Pizza Express, 20th Century Fox, ITV, Unicef and Trainline - Work in an Agile environment - Deliver clean, bug-free code - Effectively resolve any issues Interested? To be considered, you'll need: - To be an engineer or full stack developer - Experience of PHP and/or Laravel - Skills in a number of open source technologies Organised and detail-oriented, as a Software Engineer, you'll be a clear communicator with a creative approach to problem-solving. You'll also be collaborative and innovative with great time-management skills. Ideally, you'll have experience of working with a mixture of technical, creative and commercial people, but this is not essential.
