Apodi are recruiting for a Healthcare Administrator to join their busy team at their head office in Maidenhead. The role will be to provide administrative support to our Healthcare unit. Your role will be to work alongside the nurse recruitment team to initiate the nurse recruitment process in line with specific process and procedure. You will work closely with the project lead keeping them up to date with any issues as they arise. You will be the first point of call to answer any healthcare queries via telephone and email and deal with these accordingly. You will ensure compliance with all company and client SOP's, reporting requirements and CQC regulations. As required you will enter patient data/appointments/reports onto the relevant systems and will liaise with the clinical team to provide necessary documents and paperwork as and when required. You will have previous administration experience and enjoy working in a busy and deadline driven environment. You will have an excellent telephone manner and have an organised approach to your work. Ideally you will be proficient in Word and Excel and experienced in telephone work, previous experience of working in a team is essential as well as a 'can-do' attitude.
