Technical Support Analyst London £30K-£35K Our Client, a growing FinTech based in London is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent Graduate with some years of experience working in industry to join a growing organisation where they will utilise their technical and support skills. The Support Analyst will help to deliver support to the external developers building on their API. Along with Technical skills, the Support Analyst must all have good communication skills as they will have client and customer interaction. This role will offer: - exposure to the technical side of their API while working in a collaborative environment across departments - A blend of client-facing and technically challenging work. - At the forefront of new technologies and subjects. Required Experience: - Experience supporting an API. - User experience of SQL knowledge is a definite plus. - Knowledge of one of these languages would be helpful: Java, PHP, Ruby, Python. - A degree in a computing subject or equivalent experience would be desirable - Excellent communication skills - superb written and spoken English.
