Jim Gleeson is recruiting for a permanent Principal GCP Quality Assurance Officer to join a well established biometrics consultancy who are currently expanding. A significant amount of home working will be possible, though you will need to be office based in Norfolk for a few days per week. Responsibilities: As Principal GCP Quality Assurance Officer you will manage their Quality Assurance program and work closely with all departments to ensure regulatory compliance and consistency with internal and sponsor policies and procedures. Key duties will include: - Administration of the QA department - Acting as Deputy in the management and training of a team of three QA Auditors - Assisting the QA Manager in the set up of the Quality Audit Program - Preparation for, hosting of and follow up for Client and Regulatory Authority inspections - Ensuring that the QA Programme is followed and kept up to date Qualifications: As Principal GCP Quality Assurance Officer you will require the following: - Expert knowledge of GCP and applicable regulations - Strong leadership, communication and facilitation skills - Experience of assisting or managing QA audits and hosting regulatory authority inspections - Experience of managing or assisting in the management of a team Please note that your CV should show exact dates of employment (month and year) and any gaps of a month or more should be explained.
