IT Service Delivery Manager (ITIL) :: Bristol :: £45-55K + Benefits

Leading software house based in Bristol are looking to hire an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of technology services to the company’s end clients. The successful candidate will establish policies to ensure high service performance and improve process quality. In return this rapidly growing organisation can offer a salary of between £45-55K and a competitive benefits package

The main roles and responsibilities for this Bristol based IT Service Delivery Manager are highlighted below
  • Manage all processes and procedures involving delivery of service to customers
  • Maintain high performing service support functions
  • Owner of the Incident, Request, Change and Escalation processes,
  • Monitor, control and support service delivery. Ensure that systems, procedures and methodologies are in place and adhered to
  • Accountable for the quality of Service and performance
  • Own the service delivery platform
  • Liaise with other business units with regards to technical business improvements
  • Make recommendations for Service Improvement Plans
  • Provide accurate MI reporting on IT Service performance
The main skills and experience needed for this Bristol based IT Service Delivery Manager are highlighted below
  • Previous experience as an IT Service Delivery Manager
  • Service Improvement experience
  • Service Management experience
  • ITIL Certified
  • Experience of leading and managing teams
  • Experience of managing 3rd parties
  • Experience of incident management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role for a software house is highly desired
