This two form entry Primary school has been rated 'Good to Outstanding' by Ofsted. This is due to the dedicated members of staff and strong leadership team that manage the school. This team is looking for a member of staff who will dedicate themselves to the successes of the pupils and school.
Furthermore, this particular school run their own CPD courses to assist their teachers in furthering their knowledge and understanding as a teacher. This has been highly effective for their current teachers and this is why this school is now pushing for 'Outstanding' in their next Ofsted.
The ideal teacher will be an experienced Primary teacher who has high expectations of themselves and their students. You will be able to confidently and independently plan, prepare and deliver outstanding lessons that focus on progressing students through informative and engaging class work.
Team planning with the other current Year 5 teacher will be essential for the core subjects, as you must be able to strike up a professional and creative relationship to ensure that all the lessons are planned alongside the National Curriculum and this will be key to the success of raising the attainment in your pupils.
You will also need to be able to work as part of a team and will need to be confident whilst speaking with parents and external agencies. This school offers excellent support to its entire staff and has a community feel to it.
NQTs, Experienced Teachers either UK or overseas trained teachers able to apply. Must have experience teaching in the UK and have a clear understanding of the National Curriculum
