Helpdesk Administrator job, Maidstone, £9 p/h, temp to perm salary £18k , for a multidisciplinary consultancy

Your new company
This multidisciplinary infrastructure consultancy with offices based in Maidstone are looking for a helpdesk administrator to join their busy team.

Your new role
You will be providing all round help desk support for internal and external stakeholders. You will be required to monitor a busy email inbox and answering telephone queries. As the first point of contact you will solve any queries yourself or escalate to the relevant department and log to the system. You will be required to track tasks logged from beginning to competition to ensure all parties are satisfied. You will also be involved with all round administration for the business and relevant ad-hoc tasks where required.

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working with in a busy help desk environment will get you off to a flying start in your new role. You must have excellent customer service skills and communication skills as you will be the first point of contact for the business. It is essential you are IT literate and are proficient on Microsoft Office packages. Experience working in office based administrative or customer service role, ideally monitoring a busy inbox or handling calls is preferable.

What you'll get in return
You will receive an hourly rate of £9.00 per hour. There is a temporary to permanent opportunity available with this role for the right candidate at a salary of £18,000 per annum. Your hours will be staggered as follows: 9am - 5pm for your first 4 weeks and from there onwards, 8am - 4pm for 3 weeks and 10am - 6pm for 1 week on a monthly basis. Your new office is easily accessible by public transport
