This well-established organisation requires a driven and self-motivated 2nd Line Support Analyst to join their busy technical services team. The key to this role is customer service and hence you will be a good communicator with plenty of energy and enthusiasm and will have worked in a client facing environment before.
The current vacancy is for an innovative technology company who are looking for a Support Engineer to provide efficient technical support.
Key Responsibilities:Understand client’s business and how company software has been configured to support itUnderstand and resolve issues raised by clientsDetermine the appropriate resolution in a timely mannerCreate SQL Scripts to implement a work around where applicable.Providing high levels of IT Support to customers and colleagues
