Digital Systems Support Manager - eCommerce / Digital / CRM / Web - 12 Month contract My client is a highly successful, fast paced International organization looking for an experienced Digital Systems Support Manager to manage the Digital Support Team within their Digital offering; E-commerce, CRM, Loyalty and other digital systems. You will be responsible for the management and leading of the support team (currently provided by 3rd party suppliers) who provide 2nd line support across Digital, managing daily operations and major incident management as well as root cause analysis, involved in carrying out investigations to reduce risk of incidents. Additionally you will manage SLA's whilst building strong relationships with external support partners, reviewing performance and work closely with internal stakeholders and IT management to maintain efficiency. The successful candidate will have an excellent track record of supporting digital systems (In particular E-commerce, CRM, Loyalty) in an enterprise support environment, ideally on an international scale. You will also have experience of managing and leading digital support teams. It would be desirable if you had knowledge of ITIL and IT Service management.
