2nd Line Support Engineer - Telford - 22k A fantastic opportunity for an experienced support engineer to join a growing managed services company providing 1st / 2nd Line support to a range of SME customers. You will be supporting predominately Microsoft based infrastructures covering Windows Server, Office, Active Directory, Exchange, a range of network and connectivity types, VMware, Veeam etc. Your time will be split day to day remote / helpdesk based support and ongoing project work whilst providing an exceptional level of service to clients and stakeholders at all levels. Require experience: - Microsoft - VMware - Citrix - Active Directory - Microsoft Remote Desktop Services - Antivirus Software - Virtual server backup technologies For the successful support engineer the client is willing to pay a starting salary up to £22k + benefits.
