Michael Page Digital are working in partnership with a large financial services organisation based near Epsom, Surrey, in recruiting a Conversion Optimisation Manager to work to improve the online customer journeys of the websites Client Details Our client is a large financial services organisation with offices near Epsom. Digital is a key channel for them, representing a significant proportion of their overall revenue Description The Conversion Optimisation Manager role is a key one for the business. Managing a small team, as well as project managing both internal and external developers using agile scrum methodology, you will use analytics, competitor and audience research and your UX knowledge to create business plans to drive incremental improvements in the online web and mobile customer journeys of multiple products. As Conversion Optimisation Manager you will also product manage the research, development, business case creation and rollout of new pieces of digital functionality to drive additional sales through the digital channels. Profile The ideal candidate is likely to come from a strongly digital background, as either a CRO Manager, Ecommerce Manager or possible Digital Product Manager, where they have experience of improving the customer journeys of ecommerce websites in order to drive sales, using web analytics, and developing additional functionality using audience research. They will be able to give tangible previous examples of wide scale online sales increases using these skills. Ideally this person will have come from a large retailer with significant online sales volumes. Job Offer A very healthy salary of £70000 - £80000 plus extremely strong benefits package and bonus.
