Job Description Start with a 13-15 month Infrastructure Technician Level 3 apprenticeship, consisting of training in small groups and work-based assessments. During this time, you'll work towards gaining an Infrastructure Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship qualification. This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT Support Desk Technician Apprentice to join their current IT Team. If you're enthusiastic and have the ability to provide first class technical support and advice, then this is an excellent opportunity to commence your career in the IT industry whilst completing an Infrastructure Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship. Duties/ Responsibilities - To assist the customer to find the solution to any problem or question that they ask of the department - Answer inbound support telephone calls and offer support to the customer - Update Help desk Ticket System - Be responsible for personal ticket queue, updates and completing tasks agreed with SLA - Write detailed and explanatory notes of conversation to ensure all information is recorded Desired Qualities - Enthusiastic about IT and Technology - Able to prioritise support work and other tasks - Able to work as part of a team and on your own - Able to deliver consistently and to a high level of accuracy - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Desired qualification Minimum 5 GCSE Grades (C and above) or equivalent, including Maths and English.
