Our client is currently recruiting for a liquidity reporting AVP role, based within London. The role will sit as part of a supportive and well organised team with visibility across all group liquidity reporting, within a large international financial services and banking institution.

Description

Sitting within treasury based in London, the liquidity reportingAVP's duties will include:

* Responsible for the daily weekly, monthly and quarterly liquidity returns for the PRA and supporting Senior Manager in any ad-hoc requests from the regulator
* Provide high quality research and analysis for liquidity risk management, including:Calculation of liquidity risk metrics for daily, weekly and monthly, Liquidity stress testing and scenario analysis, Liquidity risk reporting on Group wide basis for internal and external (PRA and statutory) purposes, and Alignment of internal liquidity reporting capabilities to Basel III regulatory requirements
* Assist in preparing responses and analysis with respect to the changing PRA and Basel III regulations pertaining to liquidity in the banking industry
* Requirements gathering for calculation of Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) under the EBA Delegated Act rule requirements
* Act as a liaison between the business user groups and the technical systems groups
* Participate in the development and implementation of liquidity risk analytics solutions

Profile

The ideal candidate for the Liquidity Reporting AVP role will have:

* Experience in Liquidity regulatory reporting requirements (preferred), or Experience in Treasury Money Market Product Control
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Candidate will be required to communicate clearly and concisely, and depending on the audience (e.g. business users vs. developers), adapt the communication style
* Strong financial modelling and Excel skills
* High quality research and analytical skills
* Strong attention to detail
* High level of numeracy
* Developed problem solving skills
* Enthusiasm, drive and ability to work in a fast paced, high performance team
* Cultural sensitivity and awareness to work with a range of people from diverse background and geographies
* Preferably post graduate certification (Masters, CFA, ACCA) or equivalent experience
