An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, a prestigious Wealth Management firm who are currently seeking a Marketing Digital Specialist to join their team based in Cirencester.

This role will see the candidate develop and grow the performance of marketing activity through digital as well as other channels. This includes increasing initial traffic and engagement on several stakeholder and corporate websites as well as third party commercial relationships and social media. Refining the user journey and combination of online and offline channels to optimise the performance of campaigns, promotion of key messages and creation of positive business outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity which will see the candidate drive forward a marketing strategy to increase engagement and dialogue with the companies target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

·Own all marketing performance channels and campaign tools

·Build and execute new campaign activity and promotion of key messages

·Develop and optimize user journeys that nurture early client dialogue

·Manage and scale SEO activity and its performance

·Support the development of the marketing performance strategy and objectives

·Optimise activity and monitor quality versus quantity based on target audience and ROI measures

·Manage the performance of third party commercial partners and lead generation campaigns

·Work closely with relevant teams

Required Skills:

·Demonstrable experience in a marketing performance or similar role

·Deep understanding of performance marketing techniques

·Deep understanding of all digital marketing channels

·Relevant university qualification (BA / BSc)

·Diploma or Masters qualification in marketing or equivalent

·Strong relationship management skills

·Strong written and verbal communication skills

·Able to drive campaigns from start through to completion

·Good negotiation skills

·Highly organised

·Strong knowledge of email broadcast, web platforms and technology as well as digital performance techniques including SEO and CPC
