1st / 2nd Line Support (Phone based)
1st / 2nd line IT support analyst (telephone based service desk) required for on a permanent basis for a London based energy company.
You must come from a strong IT support background with extensive experience supporting desktop systems, network systems and telecommunication systems via the phone.
You must service desk experience covering:
- Windows 8
- Office 2016/365
- Skype For Business
- Citrix and VPN
- Standard PC software
- HP PC/laptops
- Print, plot, fax, and copy.
- Dedicated business specific applications including installation
- MS Active Directory
