Primary Teaching Assistant Specification
You will either be a high achieving graduate with a 2:2 or above classification, or have a wealth of experience under your belt. As a Primary Teaching Assistant will have some understanding of education and be excited to work with students and staff alike. You will have a passion for teaching and have a good understanding of what it means to be a Primary Teaching Assistant.
About the Primary Teaching Assistant Role
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, your role will work with students across the school years and challenge you to work with a variety of different abilities. You may be asked to work with SEN students at time, supporting them 1:1 as well as in small groups. You will be crucial in the support of the teacher, assisting them with their planning and delivery of lessons.
