We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and creative individual to join our team delivering bespoke support sessions to older people with Dementia at our Day Service in Stoke on Trent.

Previous experience is not essential but you will demonstrate the values essential for a role of this nature such as warmth and compassion as well as resilience and the ability to adapt to an ever changing environment.

Your hours will be worked flexibly Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, although there is an expectation that evenings and weekends are worked according to the needs of the service.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a bespoke service that continues to provide high quality services to individuals and their families who are living with Dementia.

You will receive full local and corporate training to enable you to carry out the role to the highest standard. Creative Support will support staff new to care to attain the newly implemented Care Certificate and once successfully through the probationary period you will be enrolled on an Adult Care & Support Worker Scholarship Level 2. The First Line Leader in Health & Social Care Scholarship Level 3 will be available to those who have previous experience.
