You will be working for a leading IT Support business with offices in Shepperton and London. Job Description You will be working for a company that started their Apprenticeship programme in 2010. Duties/ Responsibilities - Building / rebuilding PCs and laptops - Dispatching unassigned tickets - Answering support calls - Calling users to find out more information about the issues logged - Investigating into desktop related issues - Involved in Project work - Liaising with third party applications and vendors Desired Qualities - Our client is looking for a confident and outgoing individual - Someone who works well in a team and has an interest of Microsoft technologies including Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7/8, Windows 10 & MS Outlook 2007/2010/2013 - General Hardware knowledge of PCs & Laptops Desired qualification 3 x GCSE (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject plus GCSE English and Maths (or equivalents) at grade D or above Other information Working week - 37.5hrs per week Benefits - 13 month supported training programme - Expenses to and from training are covered Important Information "QA's apprenticeship programmes may be funded in part by the European Union through the European Social Fund, which supports the development of employment opportunities and a skilled workforce."
