Excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Estate Improvement Technical Analysist to join an international engineering and construction practice on a permanent staff basis in Wiltshire. Our client provides expert services to the Government, Defence and Technical Engineering sectors throughout the UK and globally. Due to an increasing workload, they are seeking an experienced candidate to join their expert team, and assist with an array of projects. Core responsibilities will include: - Coordination and production of reports, plans and procedures - Producing business cases to assist the Estates Technical Manager with influencing clients in change management of estate services - Providing the MOJ with relevant processes, information and knowledge to assist them in making informed decisions on improvements and changes - Assisting the Relationship team, and clients with the implementation of initiatives - Ensuring contractual obligations are delivered and sustained - Ensuring project/client satisfaction with agreed outcomes and best practice methodology Essential skills, experience and attributes: - Basic qualification in a Hard FM discipline would be a minimum qualification - Working knowledge of SFG20/Uniclass working practices - Previous experience with Hard FM operations - Flexibility and adaptability in designing, developing and documenting business processes - Excellent technical and analytical skills - Good organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines - Proficient in the use of Microsoft office applications, including Excel to produce reports, plans and operating procedures - Effective written and verbal communication skills - Ability to hold security clearance - Health & Safety qualification (ISOH, NBOSH etc.) would be desirable To apply for this position, candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK without visa restrictions.
