A leading West London company are looking for a talented Head of UX to join their team. The company are a major player in the development of sports betting and lottery solutions for big name customers.

They are looking for an experienced individual with a deep understanding of user interface design and development. You will take ownership for defining the interfaces used for all products, this will predominantly include back-office applications but input will be required into customer facing websites.

You will join a small and fast-paced team and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out product interfaces that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. You will be required to work with other product managers in order to help deliver interfaces to support their product vision.

The role will primarily be focused on sports betting backend products but it should be expected that the candidate will be working on all parts of the product set (Account / Sportsbook / Promotions).

Requirements for the role are:

-Proven work experience in developing user interfaces ideally with some knowledge of the betting industry

-Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

-Ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management

-Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

-Strong problem solving skills

-Flexibility to work outside of your roles responsibilities if needed

-Skilled at working effectively with multiple delivery teams

-Ability to manage various stakeholders and effectively communicate strategy to customers

-Ability to work with various customer representatives effectively in order to refine vision

Ability to undertake limited travel to customer sites with occasional long distance travel to support existing or newly signed customers
