Web Analytics Manager Harvey Nash have been engaged by a prestigious organisation, in their 50th year of service, to find an enthusiastic, highly skilled Web Analytics Manager who has the passion, vision and know-how to take the lead on the company's analytics and SEO strategy. You will be confident hands-on, imlpementing analytics and liaising with other teams. You will tell a powerful story to influence positive changes at a senior level. My client are about to launch their brand new site, which will be the main focus of this role through 2018, and are looking for an experienced web analyst who can manage and implement End-to-End responsibilities for their web analytics and SEO - from deploying tools and code, data collection and reporting, to recommending technical and strategic improvements for the organisation. The successful Web Analytics Manager will have be responsible for capturing all relevant information for SEO, WPO and optimising customer journeys. Data will be presented to both BI as well as Product and Marketing for continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for A/B testing, deep-dive analysis. Essential Competencies: - Strong understanding of web analytics tools and methodologies (Google Analytics, WebTrends / Optimse, Adobe Catalyst / Target) - Ability to draw insight form complex data sets - Excellent communication and personable character - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills - Proficient using MS Office Desirable: - Experienced implementing web analytics into a new site - B2B web analytics experience - Commercial web analytics integration projects This role is both hands-on and strategic - writing and implementing code as well as setting up SEO and analytics strategy for the business.
