JOB TITLE: EMEA Technical Support Engineer TERRITORY: EMEA LOCATION: Maidenhead PACKAGE: £40k basic salary + other corporate benefits COMPANY INFORMATION * Award-winning and recognised leader within Workforce Management software * 150+ employees across the US, APAC and EMEA * Already signed and working with top enterprise customers and signing more each year * Looking to expand because of demand from customers across EMEA and grow the project management team * Supportive and welcoming team-based environment with structured learning around the technology, support and inspirational leadership team KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED * Must have a minimum of 2 years application support experience * Must be classed as at least level 1 support (1st line support) * Must work or have experience working in Workforce Management & Service Management environments * Must understand SQL databases * Must have good knowledge around Microsoft ROLE INFORMATION * Working as a Senior Application Support Engineer and taking control of support issues * Working with enterprise customers throughout EMEA * Working with complex software, multiple business applications - uncovering technical issues and problem-solving to fix these To apply for the above position, please contact Paul Bramble or hit the apply button.
