Job Description Currently looking for a passionate and ambitious individual to work in a tight knit marketing team at a dynamic software company in Leeds city centre. Candidates should have a real interest in marketing and it's concepts. Maybe you've written a blog at home, or you're a social media whizz? If so, we want to hear from you. You don't need a huge amount of prior knowledge as we will teach you what you'll need to know - you just need the enthusiasm to learn! Duties/ Responsibilities - Supporting the Marketing and Sales teams on the creation of campaigns to generate leads, communicating the launch new solutions, helping to run hosted events - webinars and events. There will also be some general administration tasks to support the wider organisation - Content Management - Cleaning data held within Salesforce, content management system of the website - Marketing Administration - Helping to pull marketing packs together for mailings, events - Graphic Design - Creating design files for adverts, brochures, graphics files, email banners etc. in Adobe InDesign/Photoshop - Copy Writing - and proof reading communication for campaigns - Microsoft Office - Creating branded word documents, PowerPoint templates - Email Marketing - Work with MailChimp software to build eShots and send - Social media - Helping to generate content for Social Media posts - Research - Researching contacts for campaigns - General Administration - tasks as required by the business including arranging meetings, preparing documents, supporting company meetings Desired Qualities - Enthusiasm, a strong work ethic and a passion to get into marketing - A keen interest in social media - Excellent organisational skills - Excellent attention to detail - Good written and verbal communication skills - The ability to work within a small team but also able to communicate with the wider business Desired qualification 3 x GCSE (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject plus GCSE English and Maths (or equivalents) at grade D or above Other information Working hours - 9am-5:30pm Benefits - Annual pay review - Salary boost at the end of the apprenticeship - Bonus scheme for all employees at the end of March - We have a dress down culture in the office, along with a table tennis table and table football so you can enjoy some sporting action during lunch - We also have a social committee who organise monthly events as well as various competitions e.g. table tennis competition against the company upstairs Important Information "QA's apprenticeship programmes may be funded in part by the European Union through the European Social Fund, which supports the development of employment opportunities and a skilled workforce."
