Housingrecruit.com is advertising for a Financial Accounting Manager on behalf of our client the national housing and regeneration delivery agency for England.

As Financial Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for producing the Agency’s published financial statements. The post holder will contribute to the annual external audit process, quarterly accounts and other monitoring reports. In addition, the role will provide finance support to operational colleagues where required on regeneration projects and be involved in the Agency’s land databases, VAT and corporation tax filings.

Our client recognises that everyone is different. The rich diversity of their people, their partners and the communities they serve; they all have unique differences, qualities and needs. The Agency’s aim is to embrace, harness and raise awareness of these differences, ensuring they are at the forefront of everything they do.

They understand that they cannot achieve their mission unless they understand society’s housing needs. They are therefore committed to creating a workforce that represents the society they live in, allowing them increased levels of customer insight and creating a better understanding of those needs. They are committed to creating an inclusive culture that supports that diversity of backgrounds allowing their colleagues to bring their whole selves to work and without fear. They are proud to be an equal opportunities employer that values and respects the people who work for them. Their aim is to stand out as the employer of choice and one which will enable everyone here to reach their full potential.

They believe achieving equality, diversity and fairness of opportunity is their shared responsibility and they work hard to ensure that as an organisation, they are all accountable for its delivery.
