Multi-skilled M&E Engineer Permanent London Company My client is a hospitality company that reside in a prestigious and well known static site that is based in the heart of London. The company has had continued growth over the past few years and is now looking to add two Multi-Skilled M&E Engineers into their already vibrant team. Job Role This role will involve working in a team to carry out effective and efficient delivery of all facilities services to the premises. Duties: - Carrying out all reactive and PPM maintenance work as per the Facilities Supervisors instructions. - Carrying out installation, rectification, maintenance and overhaul of all the companies plant. - Delivering maintenance KPI's through planned, preventative and predictive maintenance. - Ensuring correct operation and completion on the company's Facilities Management system, including time recording, analysis and development. - Providing a responsive service, ensuring courtesy and attentiveness, with a particular focus on customer satisfaction. - Ensure all work fully complies with the requirements set out by local authorities including English Heritage, HSE Legislation, the companies licence along with current building regulations and British Standard guidance. - To effectively liaise with clients and external contractors. - To assist the Facilities Supervisor with site and process familiarisation for new members of staff. - To assist with all the companies staff, external contractors and visitors to ensure the smooth running of events. - To use plant and equipment and report any defects, deterioration or asset changes to the Facilities Supervisor. Successful candidate The successful candidate will have the following: - Experience working as a Multi skilled engineer, preferably for an events/hospitality company. - Good knowledge of H&S including COSSH, EWR, Manual Handling, IEE Wiring regulations, local authority technical regulations. - Recognised electrical or mechanical engineering qualification - C&G Part 2 qualification or er equivalent (e.g. FTC/ONC/C&G 2391/C&G 2381) - Gas qualification - Preferable but not essential - BMS Trend software experience - Preferable but not essential Job offer The job offer will include the below: - Salary up to £45K depending on experience - Flexible working hours - 42 hours per week Contact If you are interested in this role please send your CV to ******************************* and I will schedule a call with you for this coming wee
