Hendre Moolman is recruiting for a Product Vigilance Assistant to join a global pharmaceutical company committed to contributing to better healthcare at their site based in Maidenhead on a contract basis for 1 year. The main purpose of the role will be to: - Receive and triage product vigilance (PV) cases from various sources. - Accurately record PV information on the UK Adverse Event Tracking Safety database and to ensure all relevant fields are completed correctly - Assist in maintaining PV report case files and to ensure cases are closed according to relevant procedures. Further responsibilities will include: - Assist in the quality check of Social Media Listening activities - Assist in the PV review of market research questionnaires - Verify and monitor daily and/or monthly reports from various sources including Medical Information Department (outsourcing company) and Consumer Support Team In order to be considered for this role, you will be required to have the following qualifications, skills and experience: - Degree in Pharmacy or a Life Science ideal - Ability to build and establish strong and productive relationships - Proven expertise and experience in pharmaceutical regulations and processes is desirable This is an excellent opportunity to join a company to in the consumer side of the business, working in a team that support each other and work great together as a team.
