My client requires a junior Service Desk Analyst to join their very busy team

The role is varied and will include

- Managing service desk 1st line calls
- Fault diagnosis and resolution
- Maintaining fault logs
- Adhering to business processes and procedures
- User account creation
- Liaison with third party vendors
- User support
- Order creation through the procurement system

To be considered for this excellent role you will need to be able to show that you have

- Help Desk or Customer Service or Service Desk support experience
- A general interest in IT
- Good PC awareness
- Knowledge of Windows/MS Office
- Very good communication skills
