A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for one of my clients in the Colchester area. I am looking for a Finance /Payroll Administrator on a temporary - permanent basis. The position will be supporting the Accountant in a busy accounts team.

Duties of the role
- Process invoices and credit notes onto relevant accounts
- Banking in line with companies policies and procedures
- Input accurate information into payroll system
- Dealing with queries quickly and effectively
- Monitor and support managers with attendances
- Additional administration or office support across site

Ideal Candidate
- Excellent communication skill and someone who can build relationships with clients/ customers
- Good Excel skills
- A self starter capable as working as part or a team or on own
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

For the right candidate, this position will lead from Temporary - Permanent. Pay rate £8.43 per hour. Monday-Friday
9am - 5pm.
