Our client is an award winning market leader who provide technical solutions to the life sciences industry. Due to continued expansion and success they are looking to recruit a experienced Administrator to join their Quality Assurance team.

Duties will include

  • Contributing to the successful compliance with both internal and external audits
  • Adhering to all compliance, QMS procedures and regulatory industry standards
  • Maintain filing records
  • Planning, implementing and developing office systems
  • Adhering to audit deadlines
  • Assisting in the production of associated documentation

Skills/Experience Required

  • Previous Admin/Office support experience in a similar role essential
  • Knowledge QMS systems advantageous
  • Compliance and/or audit experience is of special interest but not essential
  • Proficient in MS packages including Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
