2nd/3rd Line Support / Service Desk Analyst / ITIL / Microsoft Desktop Technologies - up to £36,000 + travel allowance + extensive benefits, City of London, Lloyd's Market 2nd Line Support / ITIL / Microsoft Desktop Technologies / Active Directory / Exchange / Microsoft Windows My client is a fast growing, modern and highly prestigious London Market Insurer (Lloyds Managing Agent, London Market Syndicate). Key aspects of the role: To provide high quality, service-focused 2nd/3rd line technical support to all staff and 3rd parties. To ensure all Service Desk calls and emails are dealt with effectively and efficiently, providing solutions to technical IT problems or escalating the issue for an expedient resolve. As normal in an IT operational environment, projects and problems may demand evening and weekend working. This will be scheduled in advance as far as possible. This position may also be involved in shift working to provide support for the US/UK/ROW offices and to carry out some operational tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Provide high quality service-focussed second and third line technical support to all Beazley staff and third parties. - Manage assigned incidents and requests, ensuring a timely and effective response to users - Escalate any issue as required to ensure all responses are timely. - Work with the management team to improve systems and user relations. - Follow-up with users regularly to ensure that problems are resolved and to provide an excellent level of customer service - Meet and excel in all targets set by your manager. Education and Qualifications: - Degree-level education preferred - Microsoft Certified Professional preferred - ITIL version 3 preferred - Skills and Abilities Knowledge and Experience: - Solid understanding of Microsoft desktop technologies - Experience of desktop support - Understanding of network fundamentals - Experience in providing high-level technical support both operationally and to end users - Experience as a hands-on system administrator and support of a wide variety of application packages - Experience supporting and integrating computers in a heterogeneous environment 2nd/3rd Line Support / Service Desk Analyst / ITIL / Exchange / Microsoft Desktop Technologies - up to £36,000 + travel allowance + extensive benefits, City of London, Lloyd's Market 2nd Line Support / ITIL / Microsoft Desktop Technologies / Active Directory / Exchange / Microsoft Windows
