If the answer is yes, then we want to talk to you about this fantastic opportunity. We currently have an opportunity for an Audiovisual Service Engineer to join our expanding team of professionals. Your responsibilities will initially include: * Testing, servicing, repairing, re-manufacturing and analysing audiovisual electronic equipment. * Fault find to component level. * Provide cost-effective solutions to identified faults. * PCB and component replacement. * Adhere to all repairing modifications, Service Level instructions, procedures, standards and output targets. * Adhere to and test to defined Quality Control requirements. * Prepare internal records and repair/analysis reports in accordance with company standards. * Direct liaison with customers to communicate repair estimates, timescales and technical feedback Audiovisual Service Engineer | Testing | Servicing | Repair Services | Audiovisual Equipment | Quality Control Essential Skills and level of education required include: * 3 GCSEs (or equivalent qualification) Grade C or above in Maths, English and another relevant subject (such as a science or computing) * Technical knowledge of audio, visual and navigation products. * Experience of repair and fault finding to component level.- Experience in reading schematic diagrams. * Experience of using test and measurement equipment for electronic analysis. * Ability to collate relevant data and write fault and failure analysis reports. * Good level of PC literacy * Ability to respond to changing work priorities and maintain quality standards under pressure. * Ability to work closely with other team members to resolve customer issues * Willingness to share technical knowledge and experience with colleagues. * Take ownership of issues * Persistence in finding resolution to achieving an economical repair and meet customer satisfaction * Good communication skills, both oral (including on the telephone) and written * Flexible approach to work Desirable Requirements: We are looking for someone who has a professional outlook, with a positive and caring attitude when working with colleagues, customers and in representing the company.
