Proven Enterprise Agile Transformation Coach with an extensive background delivering projects according to the Agile methodology along with a track record delivering Agile transformation initiatives across major multi-tiered corporate organisations. You will also be leading and improving Portfolio and Programme management teams and the processes controlling very large CAPEX technology and business improvement programmes in line with the Agile methodology. You will be providing the following: - Agile methodology coaching, adoption and communication to senior stakeholders - Project portfolio delivery advisory according to the Agile methodology - Investment portfolio process/workflow improvement and optimisation, again with respect to the Agile methodology - Governance policy setting and continuous improvement (Agile methodology) - Workflow tool, reporting, dashboard improvement and/or introduction (Agile methodology) - Stakeholder and senior management engagement (business & technology) - Technology and business investment planning and management (Agile methodology) - Ensuring the correct, strategically important data is reported and presented in the correct way - High level, senior management reporting (relevant tools and data) - Pan enterprise Risk management (business and technology) - Leadership, management, training and coaching of junior team members with respect to delivery management and Agile methodology You will need experience of the above tasks and also the following: - Extensive leadership and management experience from large scale multi-tiered corporate environments - Extensive experience of the Agile methodology This role is part of a large transformation programme for a well known organisation so contract renewals for the right senior consultants are highly likely.
