We are appointing for a well-respected surgery with good processes and organisation at the heart of the surgery. The Partner team is diverse and work well together. The practice is expertly-managed and its patients have well-managed expectations making your job easier. The Practice already employs a Nurse Practitioner and is looking to expand its clinical team to an Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Salary - £42,000 - £55,000



Location - Reading



The surgery -
* Modern, purpose-built building
* Working in large surgery of GPs who mesh and enjoy their time at work together
* Medium/large patient list size
* Expertly-managed practice with patients with well-managed expectations
* Well-oiled and organised multi-skilled support team
* High-QOF performing practice
* Staff retention - outstanding from the Partners to Secretaries and the Administration team, a large proportion of the team have been with the practice 10+ years



Your role -
* Part-time or full-time
* Full-time can be worked over 4 days
* 15 minute appointments
* Work includes half a day each week as a travel clinic to add variety to your work
* No home visits
* Progression to Lead Nurse or Nurse Manager available
* Using Emis Web Clinical system
