We are currently representing a role as an Accounts/Financial Controller for our client, a leading supplier of equipment within the caravan industry. Responsibilities will include: * Daily banking, checking account balances and updating customer receipts on Sage * Chasing debt and taking action where required * Raising credit notes * Monthly payroll, including payments to employees and HMRC administration * Monitoring suppliers credit limits, updating Sage with invoices, calculating and processing supplier payments * Monthly bank reconciliations * Dealing with monthly company expenses * VAT returns, quarterly * Pensions - Initial set-up on the system and monthly administration * Credit checking customers * Administration of employee holidays To be successful in this role, the candidate would preferably: * Have previous experience of all aspects of Accounts procedures * Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft and Sage Line 50 preferably. * Ability to prioritise workload due to seasonal requirements * Ability to liaise with people at all levels For further information on this role, please contact the office to speak to one of our consultants.
