This post is being funded through Partner in Practice award, celebrating our innovative work. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent customer care in a child and family centred environment. To be a Social Worker in Safeguarding you will be passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of children and young people. You will be able to demonstrate your knowledge of gathering evidence through the use of direct tools to help determine risk to children and which will inform assessments. As a Social Worker for Safeguarding in Achieving for Children, you will be responsible for Complete longer-term work with families in order to meet identified need and improve outcomes.Working with children and young people, families, carers and communities to formulate care plans in partnership, based on their assessment of need, enabling them to clarify and express their needs and contribute to their planning.Working for Achieving for Children, you will have the opportunity to operate at the cutting edge of children's services delivery.
